About your free month

Do I need a card to start?

No. There is no card requirement, trial charge or setup fee. Your first monthly payment is due after your free calendar month ends.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your monthly invoice becomes due. Pay through an available payment method to continue using your storefront. If it remains unpaid, your storefront is suspended after a three-day grace period. Payment restores access.

Can I change plans during the trial?

Yes, provided your existing team and sub-accounts fit the new plan’s limits. Switching plans does not restart or extend your trial.

Will you charge my card automatically?

No. You complete your monthly payment yourself. We do not store your card details for future charges.
